Leah Cantor, LMHCA

I work with couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges such as communication breakdowns, trust ruptures, and major transitions like separation or redefining partnership. I bring a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to helping people better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and move toward more secure, fulfilling relationships. I have particular experience supporting couples in high-conflict cycles and individuals working through attachment anxiety, boundaries, and relationship uncertainty. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and draw on evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change.
